About Us

The American School of Gymnastics, located in Keene, NH since 1977, provides educational gymnastics through a variety of classes. Our professionally designed programs aim to develop happy, healthy, confident children. Our handpicked staff are not only trained in gymnastics, but chosen for their compassion and teaching ability. Our mission is to encourage happy, confident students for a lifetime of fitness, fun and safety. Our programs are intended to give children an outlet for vigorous exercise, a chance to challenge their courage and sharpen their coordination. Our classes are tailored to fit the various development levels of children aged as young as 18 months through to adults.
